Q: Receivership Notice

On July 26, 2024, Daystar Products International, Inc. (DPI) DBA BumperSuperstore.com entered receivership under the Arizona Superior Court, initiated by its secured lender. Despite financial difficulties, DPI continues normal operations without filing for bankruptcy or closing locations. We’re addressing challenges with product availability and are working on a strategic plan to stabilize operations, resolve backorders and refund cancelled orders based on legal obligations. We are working on a plan to allocate resources for pre-receivership and post-receivership refunds for cancellations and returns. We understand this is disappointing news, but please know that we are actively working to find a resolution that will make our customers whole. While we expect this process to take up to 90 days, the timeline may vary. We want to assure you that during and after this transition, all current contact methods—websites, and email addresses—will remain available for your support. If you have any outstanding concerns regarding refunds or products, we’re here to help and ensure you’re compensated. Your continued satisfaction is our priority.
