Q: What are my options for payment?

We accept the following major credit cars: MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER, American Express.
We accept PayPal and PayPal Credit
We accept Checks and Money Orders. When mailing in your order, please include your order number and full name. Order will not be shipped until payment clears with our bank.

Q: How many items do you stock?

We stock 95% of the items we sell. If an item is not in-stock we will do our best to get you that product in a timely fashion. A portion of the brands we carry are built to order. Once an order is placed you will be notified via email or phone contact with an estimated lead time. Please note lead times may vary depending on brand, make of vehicle and time of year.

Q: Fitment Policy

All bumpers are designed to fit on stock, non modified trucks. If your vehicle is modified, please call us to verify fitment. Please note fitment data on the product page of the parts you are ordering for special notes.

Q: Can I return an item?

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product if you would like to return an item. BumperSuperstore.com will issue a Return Authorization (RA) to you within 1-5 business days. Products returned without an RGA or RA number will not be accepted at the warehouse. Customers must adhere to the return policy in order for a product to be returned.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation notice via email. A tracking number will be sent when your order ships. For more information please contact [email protected]

Q: Can I mail my order in?

Yes! You may submit and order online and choose the "Pay by check" option. Please send your check to:

We accept the following methods of payment on mail orders: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order or Cashiers Check. Once we receive your order it will be entered promptly.

Q: Will sales tax be applied to my order?

Due to new regulations, taxes now apply to MOST states. Tax rates will be calculated based on your current state rate + local shipping zip code. This sales tax rate is calculated by the most current tax database. We do accept tax exempt forms. If you are a business or reseller, please provide us your tax exempt form and we'll gladly refund the taxes you were charged. You can email this to us at [email protected]

Q: Can I check the status of my order online?

Yes! And it's easy, no matter how you placed your order: online, by phone, by fax or by mail! Just click on "My Account" at the top of any BumperSuperstore.com page, and log in anytime. You'll then be able to check any order number in question. Your order number is located on your emailed order confirmation notice or your shipping confirmation email. If you need further assistance finding your order number please contact us!

Q: Can I change my recently submitted order?

We place your order immediately. Please contact us immediately if you place your order incorrectly. If there is a mistake we attempt to correct this however we are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders.

Q: How do I write a product review?

At Bumper Superstore we want you to share your experience with your friends and other consumers. Please let others know your opinion about the products you've purchased. In addition to rating products on a scale from 1 to 5, you can write a product review to share with your fellow customers why you like or dislike certain products. Product reviews are easy and only takes a few minutes.

Q: Will I get confirmation that my order was received?

Yes, if you have provided an email address we will automatically send an order confirmation e-mail to notify you that the order has been received. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipped confirmation e-mail as well.
